The Ministry of Health has started implementing prepackaged meals in a number of hospitals within the third phase.
According to the circular, which was reviewed by “Akhbar 24”, the Ministry of Health began to expand the application of pre-packaged meals after applying them in a number of areas within the third phase, after achieving actual gains.
The Ministry added that the implementation of the expansion comes within its plan to rationalize financial consumption, to ensure the provision of high-quality nutrition services, achieve financial savings and rationalize spending, indicating that the third plan includes peripheral hospitals and hospitals with a bed capacity of up to 300 beds.
