Al-Marsad newspaper – SPA: Today, the Ministry of Interior issued a statement regarding the implementation of the death sentence as retaliation for one of the perpetrators in the Riyadh region, the text of which follows:

God Almighty said: (O you who have believed, prescribed for you is retaliation for the slain) the verse.

And God Almighty said: (And there is life for you in retaliation, O you of understanding, that you may become righteous.)

Abdulaziz bin Muhammad bin Abdulaziz Al-Juhaimi, a Saudi national, killed Fahd bin Muhammad bin Saad Al-Juhaimi, a Saudi national, by stabbing him several times with a sharp object, which led to his death.

By the grace of God, the security authorities were able to arrest the aforementioned perpetrator, and the investigation with him resulted in him being accused of committing his crime, and by referring him to the competent court, an instrument was issued against him proving his guilt for what was attributed to him, and a ruling was issued to kill him as retaliation. The ruling was upheld by the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court, and a ruling was issued. A royal order to enforce what was decided by Sharia, and was supported by its authority.

The death sentence was carried out as retaliation against the perpetrator: Abdulaziz bin Muhammad bin Abdulaziz Al-Juhaimi – a Saudi national – on Monday 8/16/1445 AH corresponding to 2/26/2024 AD in the Riyadh region.

The Ministry of the Interior announces this to confirm the keenness of the Kingdom’s government to establish security, achieve justice, and implement God’s rulings on everyone who assaults the innocent or sheds their blood, and at the same time warns everyone who tempts himself to do such a thing.

That legal punishment will be his fate.

God and the Pacific to either way
