Common Cause, A Nonpartisan Association Dedicated To Strengthening Democracy, Is Actively Recruiting A creative And Collaborative Organizer To Join Its Minnesota team. This Position Is Crucial For Supporting Organizing And Outreach Programs Throughout The State.

The Role Will Focus On Promoting Civic Engagement And Empowering Citizens To Participate In The Democratic Process. The Full-Time Position Reports Directly To The Executive Director, Minnesota, And Is Based Within The State.

Candidates Located In Olmsted County Or St. Cloud Are Preferred. Frequent Travel Is Expected – At Least Two Days Per Week – With Potential For Increased Travel during Legislative Sessions And Peak Engagement Periods, up To five Days Per Week.
