The information was provided by the director of the Institutional Communication and Press Office of SIC-Luanda, chief superintendent of criminal investigation Fernando Carvalho, for whom the teacher was arrested for involvement in the crime of sexual abuse against a 15-year-old teenager.
According to the agency’s spokesperson, SIC-Cacuaco operatives became aware of the occurrence, on December 29, 2023, when the minor’s mother went with the person involved to the picket line in the urban district of Sequele, under strong accusations of having sexually abused his son more than twice.
“The operatives took charge of the case and discovered that the person involved was taking advantage of his position as the minor’s football coach and, through false promises of offering an IPhone brand cell phone, sexually abused him, inside his apartment, in the central of Sequele”, he said.
