«It’s extremely difficult for me to put my joy into words. After all the hardships, I still can’t realize that it finally worked,” she says in an interview with 20 Minutes.
She previously had two miscarriages and had to endure countless hormonal treatments and artificial insemination until her wish came true.
Mia Madisson has been dreaming of having a baby for years. Now her long-awaited wish is coming true, as she confirmed when asked by 20 Minutes. “Yes, I’m finally pregnant,” she says, noticeably relieved, and adds: “It’s extremely difficult for me to put my endless joy into words. After all the hardships, I still can’t realize that it finally worked.”
The The path to her baby happiness was indeed not an easy one: two miscarriages, countless hormonal treatments and artificial insemination – all accompanied by emotional and physical pain. “It was hard and had a big impact on me. On top of that, it was also incredibly financially stressful. We paid 15,000 francs for the transfer alone – excluding medication,” she says. The 26-year-old further adds: “I can’t understand why women who can’t help it have to bear the costs and for overweight people, for example, a stomach reduction is covered by their health insurance. That’s unfair.”

But Mia doesn’t want to look back on the past circumstances, but instead wants to focus on the here and now: “I’m enjoying the pregnancy to the fullest and fortunately I haven’t had any problems so far.” It is now in the ninth week – i.e. still below the notoriously critical three-month limit. The reality star doesn’t want to know anything about it anyway: “Babies are a great joy. The loss, a great pain. I don’t see why we shouldn’t talk about both publicly. My community deserves me to be honest with them. She accompanied and supported me on my journey.”
Even if she wants to focus on positive things, she can’t sit back completely. Last Sunday there was bleeding – a shock! “I drove to the hospital in a panic and had myself examined straight away.” However, the all-clear quickly followed that everything was fine with the fetus. “There’s always a basic fear,” she says, hoping for things to continue to go smoothly: “I’m infinitely happy right now. But with a baby I would be the happiest woman in the world.”
Matteo is Mia’s great love
The child’s father is the tattoo artist Matteo Rocco. The relationship between the two has already experienced numerous ups and downs in a very short period of time. But they always found each other again. «Matteo and I are meant for each other. We know each other better and better. “We also learned through intensive conversations with his mother how we can go through life together in the long term,” said Mia in the wedding interview with 20 minutes. The two have been married for almost two years. They tied the knot for the first time in Las Vegas and the second time in the spring in Italy, the 31-year-old’s hometown.
