The night before, a local resident called the police and said that a child had fallen from a neighboring balcony. An investigative team arrived at the scene, which established the parents of the baby. It turned out that these were natives of Tajikistan who arrived in St. Petersburg to work. The father of the child explained that he was walking with his daughters, and when he returned home and began to bring food to his wife in the kitchen, he was distracted. At that moment, the three-year-old daughter climbed onto a bicycle that was on the balcony and fell down.
