At this event, Miss Phan Kim Oanh and top 5 Mrs Grand Vietnam 2023 Together with the organizing committee, 30 bicycles and gifts were given to 30 children in difficult circumstances who overcame difficulties and studied well; 10 youth projects – bamboo shoots for children: 5 children’s playgrounds, 1 friendly toilet, 1 red scarf house, 2 children’s bookcases, 1 friendly garbage sorting house; 350 gifts with a total value of 500 million VND; presented gifts to 10 children with outstanding talents, won high prizes in national and city competitions and awarded Certificates of Merit from the Executive Committee of the City Youth Union to units with outstanding achievements in the field. “Art festival for children with special circumstances”.
Explaining that at this time, Miss Phan Kim Oanh and the Top 5 Mrs Grand Vietnam 2023 just had their first charity program, the queen said: “After the competition ended, I and the Top 5 Mrs Grand Vietnam returned to the locality.” Where we live, do good first there.
