The minor aged 12 wanted by the Haute-Savoie gendarmerie was found this Saturday, December 30, 2023.
Of Swiss origin, he had left Lathuile where he resides on vacation with his family the day before at the beginning of the followingnoon. According to the gendarmes, the young boy took public transport to return to Yverdon-les-Bains where he lives. With one goal in mind: to celebrate the New Year with his friends rather than his family.
Thanks to calls made by the Haute-Savoie gendarmerie and the Swiss authorities, he was recognized around 4 a.m. while he was near the Yverdon-les-Bains station.
