The remains of the missing youth were found in the shark’s stomach. 32-year-old Diego Baria died in Argentina. A search was made for him who went missing on February 18 but was not found. Later, the remains of the young man were found in the stomach of the shark caught by the fishermen. The family identified the dead body by looking at the young man’s tattoo.
Diego was last seen riding a quad in Argentina’s Chubut province on February 18. The entire area was searched but he was not found. Diego’s vehicle was recovered from the area on February 20. Three sharks were caught in the sea near the spot where Barea’s bicycle was found 10 days later, two fishermen said. When the shark was cut open, the remains of Baria’s hand were found. They immediately informed the Coast Guard.
It is not clear how Diego got to sea. The initial conclusion is that either he may have fallen into the sea after a car accident or he may have been hit by a big wave from the sea.
