The “MOANA” indoor water park project in Mirabel can be carried out after the City of Mirabel consults the plans provided by entrepreneur Ray Junior Courtemanche.
The Laurentian real estate investor welcomed “exciting news” in January, affirming that the approval of the City of Mirabel is a step in the right direction to obtain the construction permit.
“The departments of environment, engineering, town planning, municipal councilors and general management have agreed that the MOANA Water Park be accepted and that it can be realized,” he said. said on his Instagram page.
The multi-million dollar project will be located in Cité Mirabel, along Highway 15.
Mr. Courtemanche assures that the future water park will be equipped with “revolutionary technologies”, particularly in terms of reducing water consumption.
“We have massively reduced water consumption and discharge, which has greatly convinced us, responding to the concerns of citizens and the population,” he continues.
“The project includes all the buildings and structures for the parking lots, as well as the aerial walkways that connect the central building of the water park to the two hotels and the parking lot.”
The real estate investor wants to begin construction of the center in 2025.
