Note, Codename: Jade was presented as part of the September presentation of Ubisoft Forward and has not appeared in the news reports since. The leak was made possible by the indiscretion of one of the game’s early testers.

In the released video, protagonist Danling Bai helps the assassin Wei Yu (assassin of Emperor Qin Shi Huang) defend a Mohist village near the Great Wall of China from an attack by Xiongnu raiders.

In the comments on Reddit, gamers were impressed with the quality of Codename: Jade. Graphics and animations are made to match console games (at least the Xbox 360 era). “Looks fantastic!” – thinks Legitimate_Cake_5137.

Codename: Jade is being developed for iOS and Android. Release dates are not specified, but the game will be distributed on a shareware model. They promise the opportunity to create your own character (for the first time in the series).
