Modern townhouse using Koi pond for cool air conditioning

“HT House” (Da Nang) has a total construction area of ​​12x25m. The project is designed by the design team and the owner towards a modern style because the owner of the house is a young couple. The design team chose the monochromatic color system from white to wood as the main, because they wanted to bring simplicity and sophistication but still create a cozy feeling for the house.

HT House has a fairly large area and the owner’s desire to have a cool space, so the design team came up with the idea of ​​​​designing a mini Koi pond between the kitchen and living areas. The design of this Koi aquarium not only brings aesthetic value but also brings a cool and comfortable feeling to both living room and kitchen spaces.

The house uses a wooden lattice system as a gate and a screen on the facade to block sunlight and reduce heat radiation during the day. Large patio with wood paneling and effective rain-blocking tones.

The living room and kitchen are separated by a small skylight and a mini Koi aquarium, regulating the climate, keeping the house cool even when it’s hot outside.

Roads, connecting public and private areas. From the ceiling, wooden floors and walls are covered with moisture-proof industrial wood.

The house prioritizes lots of light and airy space to save electricity during the day, creating an abundant source of fresh air.

The kitchen mainly uses gray tones to neutralize the warm wood color and white.

The yard is spacious, used for parking and has a terrace to sit and chill, drink coffee, read a book every morning.

LED lighting system creates artistic light, increasing the aesthetics of the house.
