Modern Warfare 2 in the wild has already leaked

When Infinity Ward officially announced Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Last month all we got was a logo and a lot of confused people were wondering why a game released in 2009 was announced.

Fortunately (or much to the chagrin of Activision), since then there have been plenty of leaks revealing what’s in store for the first-person shooter series.

First, there’s a brand new game mode called DMZ, an extraction-style mode similar to Escape From Tarkov.

This will be the “third mode” along with the single-player campaign and multiplayer, which has traditionally been a Zombies or Spec Ops mode.

TheMW2Ghost, a prominent Call of Duty leaker, has released a re-created version of the DMZ map, to avoid Activison’s copyright takedown notice.

Other users were more bluff, posting a clip showing off the game’s new “gun check” feature.

Activision has actively followed up on the leaks, with at least one clip removed from the actual gameplay immediately after they were posted.

As alleged by serial leaker Tom Henderson A number of fan-favorite maps will return from the original Modern Warfare 2, including Highrise, Quarry, Terminal, and African.

It was also suggested that a number of these locations would also be shown on the map of the subsequent war zone.

In the meantime, players in the current version of Warzone . have Discover a crazy new way to earn XP fast.
