Modernization of the electrical system benefits 3,200 clients in Itapúa

Asunción, IP Agency.- With the objective of guaranteeing greater reliability and quality in the electrical supply for 3,200 customers in the towns of Carlos Antonio López, Maestro Fermín, Colonia Tirol and Kresburgo in the department of Itapúa, ANDE carried out the modernization of its electrical system.

The work consisted of changing the conductors of two bare Medium Voltage lines for protected conductors from the Carlos Antonio López Substation to the Kresburgo area, in a 50 km stretch, double triple.

These works are carried out in different parts of the country in order to guarantee a quality electrical service that contributes to a better quality of life for Paraguayan citizens and the economic development of the area.

They are carried out through the National Public Tender 1549/20 for the “Execution of Works for the Expansion and Adaptation of Feeders of the Electrical Distribution System in the Southern System, under the Open Contract modality.”
