Mohammed bin Salman was appointed as the Prime Minister of Saudi Arabia

Riyadh: Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman has been appointed as the new Prime Minister of Saudi Arabia. The order in this regard was issued by the Saudi king King Salman bin Abdulaziz. The new move is part of the reshuffle of the Saudi cabinet.

Meanwhile, Prince Khalid bin Salman was appointed as the new defense minister. Yusuf bin Abdullah Al Bunayan will serve as Minister of Education and Talal Al Utaibi as Deputy Defense Minister.

Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman will continue as Minister of Energy, Prince Faisal bin Farhan as Minister of Foreign Affairs and Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud as Minister of Interior. Minister of National Guard Prince Abdullah bin Bandar, Minister of Finance Mohammad Al-Jadaan, Minister of Human Resources and Social Development Ahmad Alrajhi, Minister of Haj and Umrah Dr. Tawfiq Al Rabia will also continue in their responsibilities.
