Mohsine Sefrioui crossed directly upwards the thresholds of participation of 50% and 66.66% in the capital of Med Paper.

The Moroccan Capital Market Authority (AMMC) announced an upward crossing of the participation thresholds of 50% and 66.66% in the capital of Med Paper, within the framework of the capital increase operation by incorporation of partners’ current accounts for the benefit of Mohsine Sefrioui for an amount of 51 million of DH, by issuing 2,201,268 shares. Mr. Sefrioui declared having crossed directly upwards, the thresholds of participation of 50% and 66.66% in the capital of Med Paper”, indicates the AMMC in a press release.

Following this operation, he declares that he holds 3,234,208 Med Paper shares, i.e. 67.60% of the capital of the said company post capital increase, the same source reports.

Similarly, “Mr. Sefrioui declares to act in concert with Aliken and the other members of the Sefrioui family shareholders of Med Paper”, underlines the Authority.
