Long courted by Chelsea, ready to put more than 100 million euros for the player, Moises Caicedo will probably go a little further north, to Liverpool with the Reds of Jürgen Klopp. The club have reached an agreement with Brighton for the sale of the Ecuadorian midfielder and a record sum of £110m, or around €127m, announces the British press.
Liverpool, which has just seen the departure of several of its midfielders (Fabinho, Henderson, Keïta, Carvalho), has already spent more than a hundred million euros to strengthen itself in the midfield, with the arrival of Dominik Szoboszlai (€70m) and Alexis Mac Allister, also a former resident of Brighton (€40m).
