The Roca Team of Monaco won this afternoon against FC Barcelona in the small EuroLeague final, 78-66. For the club’s second participation in the premier European competition, the performance is historic. Mike James and his band are rewarded for their memorable journey in this 2022-23 edition.
We left Monaco with a big disappointment following the defeat Friday night against Olympiakos. The Roca Team had fought a daunting fight in the first half before collapsing against the experience of the Greeks. But Monegasques do not pay to learn.
