Montgomery Pedestrian Accident: 1 Killed, 1 Severely Injured

Two vehicles struck two pedestrians Saturday night in Montgomery, killing one and inflicting life threatening injuries on the other, Montgomery Police Department Lt. David Wise said.

At 8:42 p.m. May 24, MPD and fire medics responded to the 900 block of East South Boulevard on a service road. In a release, Wise described the scene as a “two vehicles vs two pedestrians accident.”

MPD has not yet identified the two pedestrians, both of whom are male. One was pronounced dead from his injuries. The other suffered life-threatening injuries and was taken to a local hospital.

The investigation is ongoing, MPD Lt. David Wise said. No other details were immediately released by police.
