Montreal Canadiens prospect Lane Hutson started his season off on the right foot by giving the Boston University Terriers a 3-2 overtime victory over the Bentley University Falcons.
Hutson fired a wrist shot from the point that fooled Connor Hasley.
The defenseman also had an assist in the second period on Macklin Celebrini’s first university career goal.
The man who is considered by many to be the best prospect in the next draft returned the favor during Hutson’s goal in overtime.
The Terriers meet the University of New Hampshire Wildcats next Friday.
