Praia – After a boat accident off the Cape Verde coast, the International Organization for Migration (IOM) assumes the death of 63 of the probably more than 100 migrants on board. 38 boat occupants were rescued, including children between the ages of 12 and 16, IOM spokeswoman Safa Msehli told AFP on Wednesday.
