HANOI, Vietnam (AP) — Around a dozen people were feared dead in a massive fire at an apartment building in Vietnam’s capital, Hanoi, state media said Wednesday.
The fire was believed to have started Tuesday night, according to reports. Of the 70 people rescued from the building, 54 were hospitalized with injuries.
Authorities had not yet confirmed the exact death toll.
The fire was out, but rescue efforts were still underway.
