The Venezuelan School of Planning Foundation (FEVP) has achieved the record figure of one million 41 thousand 272 people trained in Popular Planning, as part of the strategic line that the President of the Republic has proposed, Nicolas Maduroof the 3R.NETS for the new stage of transition to socialism.
“The central component has to do with the people, the subject people, the acting people, the protagonist of the exercise of direct democracy,” said the sector vice president of Planning, Ricardo Menendez, during the Massive Training Conference on Popular Planning, with the course “Specialization of Productive Engines. The Decolonization of the Territory”.
In this conference developed by the Ministry of Popular Power for Planningit was possible to train 55 thousand 148 new people that add up to the achievement obtained to date and where the approach methodologies of the productive engines and Economic Development Zones in the Regions and Subregions were disseminated.
In his participation, the Minister of Planning also pointed out that the Mass Training Plans in Popular Planning have been generated, specifically linked to generating the Solutions Maps, the ACA, the leading vision of the people in the exercise of democracy, power and to resort to the transformation of the Venezuelan State.
Regarding this type of event, Menéndez highlighted the figure of one million 41 thousand 272 participants who have knowledge of popular planning.
“This is a paradigmatic element, in few parts of the world could there be an exercise of that order of magnitude. The fundamental thing is that it is a people that assumes itself as a popular army for the defense and construction of the Plan for the Homeland, with President Maduro,” he specified.
The Vice President of Planning also took the opportunity to indicate that 10,000 communities have uploaded their Solution Maps on the cartographydegestion.mppp.gob.ve platform, where they hope to build the ACAs of sectoral policies, that is, to group problems by topic of affectation to design combos of solutions linked to the specificity that is proposed there.
Likewise, Menéndez emphasized that “when we talk about planting the Productive Engines, we are aspiring to generate the logic and epicenter for a new economy.”
Finally, the minister highlighted that more than 75,000 Popular Power spaces have been georeferenced to build a dictionary of communities at the national level and, of course, advance a monitoring system that corresponds to the National Geographic Statistical System.
The president of the FEVP, representative Ricardo Molina, also participated in the activity, who mentioned that professors with very high academic qualifications, and with extensive experience in planning, have put themselves at the service, in a militant manner, to help train each and everyone who has participated in this experience.
“We are convinced that this tool, humbly, is a key part of this transformation process to continue building the future that is embodied in our Homeland Plan and that our people increasingly know that the guide is there and with these tools we will be able to develop it. better,” he said.
