Youssef Chraibi’s group is entering Tunisia through “the acquisition of PhoneAct, the number one independent contact center,” he announced in a press release. The stakes are high: “to head for Europe and the Middle East”, argues the CEO. This is Outsourcia’s fifth international expansion in twelve years.
