A migrant named Shahin stabbed to death a 24-year-old Moscow resident who scolded him about parking. The man then fled the scene of the crime. The escapee’s car has already been found. URA.RU tells what we know about the murder suspect.
“An abandoned BMW car was found in the street. Novorossiysk” – declared in press service of the Moscow prosecutor’s office. The car was two kilometers from the crime scene. It contained a pistol and a migrant knife.
Background
Residents of the house had conflicts with Shahin regular. The man did not park the car elsewhere, despite threats from residents to call the police. The car itself received over 100 fines, many unpaid for parking in the wrong place.
There was a conflict between a resident of the house near which the motorcyclist was later killed and Shahin. There was a car parked right outside the entrance. The owner of the car was next to the vehicle; he couldn’t leave because of the motorcycle that was on the road.
The tenant filmed the car and its driver, he threatened to send it to the traffic police. However, Shahin didn’t react much to what was happening.
Subsequently, 24-year-old motorcyclist Kirill also made a remark to the owner of the Toyota. This time, the migrant could not hold back and hit the man with his hands and feet, then stabbed him in the abdomen.
Kill the motorcyclist
Shahin had been at the crime scene for some time. He then fled the scene of the crime in his brother’s car. The motorcyclist died at a medical facility.
The BMW in which the man fled has been found. It was two kilometers from the crime scene.
The man is now wanted, reports Channel 5. The Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation has initiated criminal proceedings under part one of Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Murder”). They also established that the suspect was in Russia illegally.
Already migrant’s father and friend arrested. They were taken to the department’s unit to carry out investigative actions. They are also checking the legality of the presence of Shahin and his relatives in Moscow.
