An accident occurred on Saturday followingnoon on the Cruyslei in Deurne. A motorist wanted to overtake a tram and hit a car coming in the opposite direction., reports Het Laatste Nieuws.
The driver of the vehicle is a 21-year-old man and only has a provisional driving license. He was carrying two passengers with him. The latter were only slightly injured.
A witness also told police that following the collision, a crate was removed from the vehicle. In this box, police found a large bottle of nitrous oxide. The necessary police documents have been prepared.
