Motorola appears to have once and for all established its presence in the foldable cell phone market. After a few generations of its flexible line, a new model may be in preparation. O Razr Plus 2024 was leaked in renderings, as published in recent days by the website MSPowerUser.

The biggest curiosity of the publication was the already known appearance of the smartphone. It would have a series of similarities in relation to the previous generation, such as the position of the cameras and the presence of a second screen that fills much of the upper half of the rear. You can check the image below:

It is possible to see in the rendering above that the rounded edges would continue for the next generation, although a little less compared to the predecessor. Furthermore, the device appears a little wider – but still very different from Samsung’s competitor, the Galaxy Z Flip 5.

After launching the Razr 40 Ultra with the already outdated Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 platform, the expectation is that the next generation will come equipped with the most up-to-date chipset. This would allow it to compete more fiercely with other rival advanced foldables.

So far, there is no specific date set for the announcement of Motorola’s new flexible device – which is codenamed “Glory” and model number XT-2453-3. According to the publication, the presentation is expected to take place in the first half of this year.
