Mont-Sainte-Anne – After Valentina Höll’s victory in the Downhill Mountain Bike World Cup, Mona Mitterwallner also ensured an Austrian podium finish in Mont-Saint-Anne/Canada. The 20-year-old Tyrolean, who was twelfth in the short track on Saturday, took second place in cross-country on Sunday. Despite a fall, she was only beaten by Olympic champion Jolanda Neff from Switzerland. Mitterwallner was 56 seconds behind Neff.
