Complete the request and send it to heavy/oversized/oversized haulage line link

• include your traffic route, the dimensions of your load, the information Vehicle VIN/Plate Number company name and address, email address, phone number , etc. when you submit your application.

HEAVY TRANSPORTATION/Class B rates:

• 1 WAY: $200
• 2 WAY [VIAJE DE IDA Y VUELTA]: $400

• VEHICLE REGISTRATION: $20 per vehicle

• The occupation is ” Extraordinary Cargo Carrier ” (line 5).
• The Building Code is the ” Chapter 46, Detroit city code of 2019″ (line 6).

Ask your insurance company to fill out the Uniform Bail Application .

• The maturity date of the Bond must expire on 31 ^of december (line 8).
