The Public Ministry (MP) began a fight once morest the illegal practice of medicine, as reported by the Attorney General of the Republic, Tarek William Saab through his Twitter account @TarekWiliamSaab.
The announcement was made following the arrest of José Daniel López who was usurping functions in General Medicine and Gynecology.
The false doctor performed functions in the José Félix Ribas municipality of Aragua state and will be charged with the crimes of Illegal Practice of Medicine, Usurpation of Medical Functions, Use of False Documents and Suffered Abortion, among others, reported the Attorney General of the Republic.
The false gynecologist defrauded more than 20 women by placing “lollipop sticks” as intradermal contraceptives in their womb, alleging that it was something new in sexual health.
It should be noted that in recent days, they also requested an arrest warrant once morest other false doctors in different regions of the country.
