MSI announces next-generation Intel Z790 motherboards to be released on September 27 –

MSI will release motherboards powered by the next-generation Intel Z790 chipset for 13th-generation Raptor Lake CPUs later this month.

MSI tweeted regarding its next virtual product launch event, The Next Playground – Reframed, on September 27 at 9:20AM PDT. That means we’re regarding 10 days away from the upcoming product launch. The teaser image shows four upcoming motherboards that will be part of the Z790 series and will support Intel’s Raptor Lake CPUs.

Motherboards include MAG, MPG, MEG series products such as MEG Z790 ACE, MPG Z790 Carbon WiFi, MPG Z790 EDGE WiFi Force, MAG Z790 Tomahawk. MSI has already revealed its next-generation MPG Z790 Carbon WiFi a few weeks ago. The outlines of the motherboard reveal some interesting new design choices. Of course the MSI Z790 motherboards will offer more new features than the Z690 series.
