Not only Hans Peter Doskozil in the SPÖ knows better. Josef Muchitsch now also gives advice to his party leader Andreas Babler via the Kleine Zeitung. The red chief trade unionist is right regarding some things. Yes, a one-sided left-wing course will not bring the SPÖ to a size suitable for chancellorship; more economic competence would be good for the party. However, Babler may have already figured this out himself, as his commitment to more “breadth” at the party conference suggests. But no consequences were yet noticeable.
