Officials from the Mariara Municipal Delegation clarified the homicide of Francisco José Moya Martínez, 30 years old, which occurred in the Guamacho Sur Sector, San José Street in the Mariara parish, Carabobo state, on February 26.

This was reported on social networks by the director of the Cicpc, Douglas Rico, who noted that the perpetrator was captured.
Through the investigation process, it was learned that the victim was subjugated by a 26-year-old subject who was filled with anger and jealousy when he saw the deceased courting a girl with whom he had an extramarital relationship.
The murderer
The commissioner assured that the aggressor approached his victim at the aforementioned address, “drawing a firearm, shooting at Francisco and immediately killing him, fleeing aboard a Chevrolet Aveo, license plate AC516AE.”
With the immediacy that the case requires, the arrest of the murderer was achieved on the San Joaquín – Mariara National Highway, “recovering the vehicle used as a means of commission and seizing the weapon.”
The case was brought to the attention of the 11th Prosecutor’s Office of the Public Ministry of Carabobo state.
