Moscow: Daria Trepova, who was arrested in connection with the killing of military blogger Vladler Tatarsky in an explosion at a cafe in St. Petersburg, Russia, has been charged with terrorism. Wladler took the small statue to the cafe and it exploded. A video was released the other day in which Daria Trepova reveals that she gave this statue to Wladler. However, they do not say that there were any explosives in this statue or any facts related to it.
At the same time, the Russian Investigative Committee investigating the incident says that groups working once morest the country are behind the explosion.
