Mustafa Fathi’s Sundowns Match Status

Pyramids Club revealed the status of their player Mustafa Fathi regarding the first leg of the African Champions League final against South Africa’s Sundowns today, Saturday.

According to sources, Pyramids will be without the efforts of duo Mustafa Fathi and Sidiq Igoula in today’s match against Sundowns due to injury.

Mustafa will miss the first leg of the African Champions League final despite traveling with the Pyramids delegation to face Sundowns.

It is worth mentioning that Mustafa Fathi is suffering from a tear in his thigh muscle, and the medical staff is racing against time to have him ready for the return match against Sundowns in Cairo.

On his part, Sidiq Igoula missed the Pyramids trip to South Africa due to suffering from knee effusion.

The player Sidiq will undergo a rehabilitation program to prepare him for the return match against Sundowns in Cairo.
