Asunción, IP Agency.- The 25 housing solutions aimed at families of the Ángel David Social Territory Neighborhood Commission, of the Villa Elisa district, in the Central department, have already been completed and will soon be delivered to their beneficiaries.
They correspond to the program of the National Fund for Social Housing (Fonavis) and benefit about 120 people, with decent homes with two bedrooms, a bathroom, living room, kitchen and laundry room.
The construction of these housing solutions was in charge of the Technical Assistance Service (SAT) Consulting & Services and the construction company AGG.
In this sense, it is estimated that these works generate approximately 200 direct and indirect jobs, which promotes the local economic sector.
It should be noted that, so far from this government to date, the MUVH has managed 7,434 homes in the Central department, of which 6,097 homes have already been completed and are being delivered to the beneficiaries.

The program of the National Fund for Social Housing (Fonavis) seeks to promote the implementation of social housing construction projects, likewise, to implement the program making viable continuously and constantly, the execution of housing programs aimed at sectors of poverty and extreme poverty. Encouraging, in this way, the execution of mutual aid and self-help projects, through the cooperative system or organized groups.
It is worth mentioning that, to date, no new applications for subsidies are received. Currently, social and technical evaluations corresponding to the applications received previously and within the periods established by the program regulations are in process.
