My lady launches the “Story of Awareness” program to discuss mental health issues

Madam launched via its digital platforms Awareness story programme Presented by Dr. Jana Bourslan lectured in Educational Psychology to discuss the most important mental health issues during Ramadan.

Dr. Jana Bou Raslan is a university lecturer with experience in educational psychology and has taught at Sagesse University, the American University of Science and Technology in Lebanon, and the University of Balamand in the United Arab Emirates.

She also holds a PhD in Educational Leadership from Saint Louis University in the United States and a CTI Certificate in Life Coaching.

In 2023, Jana decided to move to a new career path, focusing her work on training and media. It works to spread awareness on topics such as self-confidence, safe personal boundaries, and achieving goals.

During the first season of the program in Ramadan, Jana discusses topics such as developing emotional intelligence, enhancing child confidence, controlling emotions, self-regulation, and surviving neglect.
