Santos Striker makes History with copinha Debut at Just 15 Years Old
Last Monday, January 6th, marked a special night for Santos FC striker Nadson. At the tender age of 15, nadson made his debut in the prestigious Copinha tournament,starting in a dominant 7-1 victory against Jaciobá at Arena Fonte Luminosa.
Born in 2009, Nadson is the youngest player on Santos’ Copinha squad.His extraordinary performance contributed to the Meninos da Vila securing their spot in the second phase of the tournament with a 100% win rate.
Overjoyed with his achievement, Nadson shared, “I am vrey happy to make my debut at Copinha at such a young age. It’s a special feeling. More than that, I am satisfied with the victory and our classification.”

Shining luminous for Santos in the prestigious Copinha tournament, young attacker Nadson is exuding confidence as his team prepares for a crucial group stage decider.
Meninos da Vila will face off against Ferroviária this Thursday (9) at 7pm (Brasília time) at Arena fonte Luminosa. The match will determine who claims the top spot in the group.
“[We have] one more game in the group stage and we want to finish top,” Nadson declared, his determination evident. “We certainly know they will be the toughest opponents in the group, but we are well prepared to get the three points and secure first place.”
