The Regional Leadership Council (DPD) of the NasDem Party, Bogor Regency, West Java Province (Jabar) has succeeded in making new history. They led four of their cadres to become members of the Bogor Regency DPRD, in other words one whole faction was won by NasDem in Bogor Regency.
Based on the results of the Bogor Regency Level Vote Recapitulation Plenary Meeting which took place at the Grand USSU Hotel, Cisarua, Bogor, from Wednesday (28/2) to Wednesday (6/3), four NasDem legislative candidates for Bogor Regency were entitled to seats. They are Rudi Sabana (Dapil 2), Fahirmal Fahim (Dapil 3), Azwar Anas (Dapil 4), and Santi Nur Sadiman (Dapil 5).
Responding to the positive results in the 2024 Legislative Election, Chairman of the Bogor Regency NasDem DPD Colonel (Purn) dr. Friedrich M. Rumintjap was grateful and welcomed seeing the best NasDem cadres successfully enter the local parliament.
“Many consider the results of the 2024 Legislative Election to be a brilliant achievement for the Bogor Regency NasDem in particular. “Of course we and the entire NasDem family are very grateful,” said the man who is familiarly known as Dr. Frits said this in his statement, Wednesday (6/3).
He explained that from the three elections that had taken place, in 2014 NasDem won three seats in the Bogor Regency DPRD and vacant seats in the West Java Provincial DPRD and the Republic of Indonesia DPRD. Meanwhile, in 2019 not a single NasDem cadre sat at any level.
Apart from winning four seats or one whole faction in the Bogor Regency DPRD, NasDem also succeeded in delivering two of its legislative candidates in the legislative election contestation at the level of the West Java Provincial DPRD and the Republic of Indonesia DPRD through the Bogor Regency electoral district. The two of them are M. Rizky who won the West Java Province DPRD seat and Asep Wahyuwijaya for the RI DPRD seat.

“Being able to get one seat in the West Java Provincial DPRD and one seat in the DPR RI is an achievement that has never happened in the history of NasDem in Bogor Regency,” said the former head of RSAU Atang Sanjaya.
Frits added that NasDem’s achievement in 2024 is the biggest achievement when compared to the achievements of other parties participating in the elections in Bogor Regency.
“From zero to four seats. This is the same as an increase of 400 percent, and is also proof that NasDem is increasingly loved by the people of Bagor Regency. “We thank all the people who have given their trust and trust to the NasDem Party,” said Frits.
To that end, he specifically instructed the NasDem cadres who were elected as legislators, to guard the trust that the community had given them through the voting booth on February 14 to the best of their ability.
“Show that NasDem belongs to the community and is always in the midst of society through real work as true representatives of the people,” concluded Frits. (Z-8)
