Through a brief statement, The national government confirmed what the authorization process will be like of the Néstor Kirchner gas pipeline that will begin, as plannedor, next Tuesday June 20. It will be filled in six stages, which will take almost 20 days, and The official inauguration will be on Sunday, July 9.
“The Ministry of Economy, the Secretariat of Energy and Energy Argentina SA (ENARSA) announce that the proposed objective has been met and next Tuesday, June 20, the valve will open and the filling process of the President Néstor Kirchner Gas Pipeline will begin,” says the official government announcement.
They detailed that the gas pipeline filling process responds to “usual procedures” in this type of system, which involves phases of Sweeping and pressurization of the pipes progressively.
Given this, a schedule was developed for qualifications and start-up of the first section of 573 kilometers that join Tratayén, in Neuquén, with Salliqueló, in Buenos Aires.
