The plenary session of the National Assembly (AN), approved that Wednesday, by qualified majority and in first discussion, the budget to the nation presented by the executive vice president of the Republic and vice president of the Council of Ministers of Economy, Finance and Foreign Trade, Delcy Rodríguez, as well as the Budget Bill for the Financial Year 2024.
“We only have to ask you, deputies, for sufficient speed so that we can analyze the design of the budget corresponding to 2024; and support with all our strength, the support of the Budget Bill for the Financial Economic Year,” said the president of parliament, Jorge Rodriguez.
