Order to release 175 prisoners in Oman on the occasion of National Day. The prisoners were released to mark Oman’s 52nd National Day. Order of Sultan Haitham bin Tariq. 65 of those released are foreigners.
At the same time, the cabinet meeting decided to maintain the oil price of October 2021 in Oman till the end of next year and prevent the price increase. Oil will be available under this benefit till the end of next year. Sultan bin Tariq, the ruler of Oman, presided over a cabinet meeting held at Al Husn Palace in Salalah ahead of the National Day celebrations.
