National Day 93
The Ministry of Defense is participating in a package of various events and activities to celebrate the 93rd National Day, most notably the air and naval shows that will be held in a number of regions of the Kingdom.
The Royal Saudi Air Force carries out air shows with Typhoon, F-15S, Tornado, and F-15C aircraft in 14 cities: Riyadh, Jeddah, Dhahran, Dammam, Al-Jawf, and Jubail. Al-Ahsa, Taif, Al-Baha, Tabuk, Abha, Khamis Mushait, and Al-Khobar.” The Saudi Falcons team also presents formations and air shows in the skies of a number of cities in the Kingdom to celebrate National Day.
The Royal Saudi Naval Forces participate in National Day activities, with naval parades and displays in the Eastern and Western Fleets, and a parade of Navy riders in Riyadh.
On the waterfront in Jeddah, the Naval Forces carry out a parade of naval vessels, a parade of Special Marine Security Group boats, an air show with helicopters, in addition to a military parade, a march with military vehicles and another for infantry and riders, and a cavalry parade, while organizing an exhibition of weapons and equipment.
Also taking place at Al-Fanateer Beach in Jubail are demonstrations by naval boats and the Military Skills Faction, a simulated amphibious raid to clear a building, an air show with helicopters, a free jump with the Saudi flag, a march with military vehicles and another for riders, in addition to an exhibition of weapons, military machinery and equipment, displays of popular colours, and events.
