NNA – Nabatiyeh – Last night, the people in the southern town of Toul were able to arrest the 15-year-old Syrian minor, M.H.M., while he was trying to rape the 9-year-old Lebanese boy, M.H.S., who was beaten by the assailant. By screaming, some citizens alerted and rushed to rescue the victim. The Syrian minor was handed over to the security forces.
The incident sparked an atmosphere of resentment and tension in Toul, as relatives of the victim rushed to expel the Syrian family from their place of residence outside the town, noting that a similar incident occurred a month ago in the same area.
