NNA – The Minister of Culture, Judge Muhammad Wissam Al-Mortada, mourned the operatic artist Sami Clark, and said in a statement of the obituary:
“Death is still fading away from the beautiful time, one following another. The Lebanese art continues to bleed, absent following absence.
Sami Clark, the owner of the operatic voice, whose throat has reserved for Lebanon a wide space in the field of foreign songs, including Take me with you and in the field of “Grandizer” animation, and his voice in it is not erased from the memory of the Arabs. And let it remain like jasmine, if its flower withers, its fragrance remains.
My deepest condolences to his family, fans and colleagues, and to all of Lebanon.”
