ONE of the legal team for candidate pair number one Anies Baswedan-Muhaimin Iskandar (AMIN National Team), Anang Zubaidy, said the presence of four ministers to be summoned to the PHPU dispute hearing at the Constitutional Court (MK) was very necessary. In this way, information about the alleged politicization of social assistance (bansos) in the 2024 elections can become clearer.
The four ministers in question are Minister of Finance Sri Mulyani, Minister of Social Affairs Tri Rismaharini, Minister of Trade Zulkifli Hasan and Coordinating Minister for the Economy Airlangga Hartarto.
Anang assessed that the presence of the four ministers requested was very important in order to shed light on the issues being examined by the Constitutional Court.
“We believe that there is politicization of social assistance for the 02 win. This has also been confirmed by expert testimony presenting research results, which are very scientific,” stressed Anang to Media Indonesia, Monday (1/4).
Anang hopes that the four ministers requested by the AMIN National Team to be present can explain the truth about what really happened.
This must be done so that the social assistance polemic becomes clearer. Anang wants to ask the four ministers about whether there is misuse of social assistance for electoral purposes.
