The incident happened this morning shortly before noon. Some even believed that the worst had happened. Fortunately, there is nothing. The race was therefore able to resume, but it was necessary to remember the essential rules to be respected for the good of all. “The race will resume with the agreements of the municipal authorities and the following directives. These guidelines are either reinforced or reiterated.
