Reason for the recall: Presence of phenol at 0.002% (m/m) in the soap
Risks incurred by the consumer: External injuries, Internal damage
Action to be taken by the consumer: It is recommended that you immediately stop using African Source brand neem soap and bring it back to the store for a refund.
