Nephew of Charles: King frustrated by slow healing process

Princess Anne’s son (73) told the Australian TV station Sky News Australia. Charles is “in good spirits,” Phillips assured, but added: “I think he’s ultimately very frustrated. He’s frustrated that he can’t move forward and do everything he wants to do.”

But Charles is also very pragmatic and understands that there is a time when he has to concentrate on himself, said the 18th in line to the British throne in the interview broadcast at the weekend. At the beginning of February, the palace announced that King Charles was suffering from cancer.

It is not known what form of the disease it is – except that it is not supposed to be prostate cancer. The king has since been undergoing treatment and has canceled all public appearances until further notice.

Easter service with Charles?

But behind the scenes he carries out duties and also holds audiences from time to time. According to the British news agency PA, Charles hopes to attend a scaled-down version of the traditional Easter service in Windsor.

His son and heir to the throne, Prince William (41) and his wife Princess Kate (42) and their children should not be there. Kate also revealed that she had cancer last week and is now receiving preventative chemotherapy.
