The Sacramento Kings signed free agent Nerlens Noel to add depth to the lineup and help the overall defense a lot.

According to Nerlens Noel’s agent, George Langberg of GSL Sports Group, told ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski that Nerlens Noel has agreed to a one-year, $3.1 million (NT$93.28 million) deal with the Kings.

Nerlens Noel is 19 years old and played 17 games with the Detroit Pistons and Brooklyn Nets last season. His career averages are 7.1 points, 6.1 rebounds, 1.3 steals and 1.5 blocks per game.

As a defensive expert, Nerlens Noel will play a key role in the frontcourt of the New York Knicks in the 2020-21 and 2021-22 seasons.

Nerlens Noel adds depth to the Kings, who have re-signed big men Alex Len and Trey Lyles this summer.
